We understand that affordability plays an important role when considering college. This is a valid concern to have, however there is no need for financial concerns as L’esprit Academy has many tools that may help with making your education affordable.

Financial Aid may be available to those who qualify, and these resources come in different forms.

Applying for Financial Aid

Complete these steps to apply:

  • Complete the FAFSA through StudentAid.gov.
  • Use L’Esprit Academy’s school code.
  • Submit requested verification documents promptly.
  • Review your financial aid offer with the Financial Aid Office.

Important: Financial aid cannot be finalized until all required documentation is received.

l’esprit academy codes for the FAFSA

To complete the FAFSA, you will need to include a code for the school you are attending. Here are the FAFSA codes for all L’esprit Academy campuses:

Understanding Your Aid Offer

Your offer is based on federal eligibility requirements, FAFSA information, enrollment status, cost of attendance, and institutional policies.

Payment Periods & Disbursements

Federal aid is disbursed by payment period and applied first to authorized institutional charges. Remaining eligible funds may create a Title IV credit balance.L’Esprit Academy | 2026–2027 Financial Aid Guide

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

To remain eligible for federal financial aid, students must meet institutional SAP standards.

  • Minimum cumulative attendance: 85%
  • Minimum cumulative academic average: 80%
  • Meet maximum timeframe requirements
  • Appeals may be available under institutional policy

Credit Balance Authorization

Students may authorize L’Esprit Academy to hold eligible Title IV credit balances in accordance with federal regulations. Authorization may be revoked in writing.

Distance Education

Students enrolled in approved distance education coursework remain eligible for financial aid when all federal and institutional requirements are met.

Return to Title IV (R2T4)

Students who withdraw before completing a payment period may have federal aid recalculated. Unearned aid may be returned to the U.S. Department of Education.

Student Loans

Direct Loan borrowers must complete required counseling and documentation.

  • Entrance Counseling
  • Master Promissory Note (MPN)
  • Exit Counseling upon graduation, withdrawal, or less than half-time enrollment

Scholarships & Veterans Benefits

Students are encouraged to pursue institutional, community, employer, and industry scholarships. Eligible students may also qualify for VA educational benefits.

Student Rights & Responsibilities

Students have the right to receive accurate information and the responsibility to submit documentation on time, maintain SAP, report enrollment changes, and repay student loans.
